Linux/Ubuntu/Androïd users may run SIMPLEX through WINE 1.0 or CROSSOVER.

SIMPLEX allows to quickly create a radio repeater. It handles simplex, duplex, transponder and mixed repeaters.
SIMPLEX includes a lot of features to make your repeater . The survey function by the program WATCHDOG is included in the zip. Time/Weather beacons are provided through the french COUCOU or the english WX_Player or the german WX_Moderator or the spanish WX_Locutor or the multilingual Speaking Clock Deluxe.
You will find in the package a small DTMF encoder (DTMF_Encoder.exe) which will help you to test the DTMF codes that you have created to manage your repeater.
